2. Directory Disclaimer (Accuracy of Information)

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. All information is provided in good faith; however:

• We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site.
• Operating hours & locations: op shops frequently change hours, move, or close unexpectedly due to volunteer shortages. We strongly recommend calling the store directly before visiting or dropping off donations.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage or wasted time incurred as a result of using the Site or relying on any information provided on it.

3. Donation Disclaimer (We Are Not the Shop)

• No donations accepted: Op Shops Hub is a digital directory only. We do not have a physical warehouse and we cannot accept, pick up or process donations.
• Do not dump goods: leaving goods outside charity bins or stores outside operating hours may constitute illegal dumping. Please contact the specific charity store to confirm its donation acceptance policy.

4. External Links & Ads

The Site may contain (or send you through to) links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties, or links in banners or other advertising. Such external links are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness by us.

The directory layout, design and code are the property of OakCodeAndTechSolutions. The listing data (store names, addresses) is public factual information aggregated for user convenience.
