How Op Shops Hub researches, verifies and updates op shop and thrift store content.
Our role
Op Shops Hub is an independent Australian publisher. We are not a charity shop, donation warehouse or booking agency. Directory listings and guides are for research only — always confirm hours, prices and availability with the business before you visit or book.
How we source listings
We aggregate public business data, charity registers and verified place listings. Each op shop page shows the fields we could verify at last review. We flag permanently closed locations and remove spam or duplicate entries when reported.
Human review
We may use software to draft outlines or first passes on guides. A human editor checks facts, Australian English and local context before publication. Generic filler and unsourced statistics are removed.

Corrections and removals
Spot an error or want a listing updated? Use the report link on the listing page or email hi@opshopshub.com. We aim to review factual corrections within two business days. Business owners can request updates via our contact form.
