Contact Op Shops Hub
Send a listing correction, suggest a shop or contact the directory team. For stock, donations or opening hours, contact the shop directly.
Send a correction or enquiry
We review listing update requests against the available evidence. Please use the form below, or email hi@opshopshub.com. Include the store name and suburb if you are correcting hours, phone numbers or donation notes so we can find the right listing quickly. Messages go to our site inbox only; we do not pass them on to listed op shops.
For shop questions, contact the shop. We do not run the stores, accept or collect donations, or know today’s stock. Find the shop’s contact details in the location directory and confirm donation arrangements before travelling.
Send us a message. Choose your enquiry type and include the listing URL and exact correction where relevant.
We use your details only to respond from our site inbox. We do not forward, share, match or quote your enquiry to listed op shops. See our privacy policy.
